What is the class format?
Each session begins with seated mindful centering, followed by gentle movement to warm up the body. We then transition into asana (yoga postures) before winding down with relaxation. I integrate tools from yoga therapy, Ayurveda, and other healing modalities to support the unique needs of the group.
Is this class beginner- and accessible-friendly?
Yes! I support students at all levels, including examples such as returning to practice later in life, preganancy considerations, or those without a “western yoga body.” I offer chair options, props, and modifications, ensuring the practice is accessible, adaptable, and inclusive for everyone.
What do I need for class?
A yoga mat, water, and any props that support your practice (blocks, strap, blanket, cushion, etc.).
Will a recording be available?
Yes! If you choose the Community Plus Rate or more, you’ll receive access to the class recordings for two weeks. Link will be sent via email after class.
I can’t afford the listed prices. Can I still join?
Yes. This is an honor system and no one is turned away for lack of funds. How can I register for a class?
To register for a class, follow these 3 simple steps:
- Download Zoom if you haven’t already.
- Register for the class.
- Return to the registration page and find the payment link in the description. You can then choose the rate that feels right for you and complete your payment.
