Unwind. Release. Nourish. Have a case of the Mondays? End your evening with calming energy and this integrated yin to restore practice. Lightly woven with yogic wisdom teachings, we utilize breath, chant and mindfulness alongside grounding postures to transition from doing into being.

Morning Sun Yoga - Rise, Move, Pause
This 30-minute class gradually reawakens the body, revitalizing and centering your energy through the integration of breath and mindful movement. Ending with a relaxed meditation, it's a great opportunity to drop in, tune your energy, and refresh your day. Throughout the class, I welcome intuition as our guide, drawing on Ayurvedic seasonal trends, yoga therapy principles, and the specific needs of the group.
This is a pay what you can class. No one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
