I’m Maya Lake-Freeman, a wholehearted yoga teacher and certified yoga therapist (IAYT) offering trauma-informed classes and private sessions. With over 1000 teaching hours and 15+ years of personal practice, I weave yogic wisdom, neuroscience, and somatic practices to support stress relief, emotional balance, and mind-body healing.

Whether you’re seeking personalized one-on-one care or joining a supportive group class, I offer space for trust, presence, and renewal- on and beyond the mat.
